Compatible with AT&T wireless accounts, the Nokia 1260 Free2Go cell phone provides a variety of useful and fun features in the popular, user-friendly Nokia format. Displayed on a full graphics display of 84 x 48 pixels, the 1260's mobile messaging features include e-mail, text messaging with predictive text input, and picture messaging of up to 5 picture messages at a time. You can even send and receive business cards. For personal organization, the phone includes a phonebook with up to 200 contacts and an alarm clock with snooze function. Bells and whistles include a choice of 35 ring tones and up to 10 new ring tones space for download from the manufacturers Web site. The video games included in the phone are Space Impact, Snake II, and Pairs II.

For deaf users, Nokia provides TTY/TDD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) compatibility (with phone adapter), and hearing aid support (with the LPS-3 Loopset).

The 1260 weighs just under 5.3 ounces, and measures 4.5 x 1.02 x 1.94 inches. Its extended (900 mAh) NiMH Battery is rated for up to 5 hours digital talk time and up to 15 days digital standby time. If you're interested in analog time, you can get up to 2 hours talk time and up to 2 days standby.
